Massage Therapist Sought for Mariano Holistic Life Center in Malvern

Our ideal candidate must knowledgeable and experienced in multiple massage techniques including: Swedish, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, craniosacral work and myofascial release.

We are searching for a qualified candidate with a minimum of five (5) years of full time massage experience.

We offer a beautiful, fully equipped private room, an established client base, and a warm and relaxed environment. We have many eager patients waiting for a massage therapist to complement their natural health regimen.

Hours are flexible and part time to start. We want a therapist who is interested in being a contributing member of a wellness team that is dedicated to helping people reach their highest potential through holistic care.

Position: Part Time Front Desk Receptionist/Doctor’s Assistant

Department: Administration / Doctor Support Staff
2 Available Shifts
Hourly Range: $13-15/hr
Hours: 7:15am – 2pm Monday thru Thursday
Or 2pm – 6 pm Monday thru Thursday

Job Description: The Front Desk Receptionist/Doctor’s Assistant will be responsible for the management of all office support systems, which include clerical support, marketing support, and operational duties, as well as special projects on an as needed basis. Other duties include, patient exams, assisting the doctor with patient notes and instrument adjusting, developing x-rays, patient education, printing patient and office reports and assisting the doctor in varied tasks. They will also be responsible for answering the phones so as to direct calls and take messages and making and confirming patient appointments. They must make copies, file patient and vendor statements and correspondence, and maintain and order office supplies, nutritional products and keep appropriate inventory levels. They also must upkeep a tickler file system, mail out client birthday cards, print all outgoing mail and mail related literature/ research, and compose mail packages. They also are responsible for sending and reconciling faxes to clients and prospective clients, logging all incoming checks and credit cards and making physical deposits at the bank. Additionally, they must file client paperwork, and pull client information (statements, records) as needed.

Must also have a unique combination of strong customer services skills, and leadership skills
