Hilary Sohn, CMT

Hilary has been a massage therapist since 2002 and is certified in Swedish Massage, Reflexology and Essential Oil Therapy/Aromatherapy. Additionally, she has trained in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute and has trained with James Waslaski in Orthopedic Massage.

Hilary holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Saint Joseph’s University and a master’s degree in Psychoeducational Processes from Temple University. No stranger to the stress and strain of corporate life having worked in marketing in the corporate sector for more than seven years herself, Hilary understands the unique physical, mental and emotional toll the business world can have on a person.

Her approach to bodywork integrates body, mind and spirit by bringing awareness to people of how the physical body can hold and exhibit mental and emotional strain and trauma. We exist physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually in one self, and each aspect of ourselves is intrinsically tied to all other aspects. When one part of the self is imbalanced, it can affect the health of other aspects. In releasing restrictions in one aspect of the self, we assist the healing of the entire being. She empowers clients to take charge of their own health and well-being through knowledge, awareness and understanding of the total self.

Dr. Dennis Asks some important questions of interest to Malvern residents - Chiropractor Malvern Dr. Dennis Asks...

How could chiropractic help a stomach problem?
Chiropractic works by locating and reducing areas of the spine compromising nerve communications between your brain and your body. If nerves to or from your stomach are irritated, your stomach won't work right. Chiropractors find the source of the interference, reduce it and allow your body to work as designed.
Is chiropractic safe?
What do you consider safe? Chiropractic care is safer than driving your car on the streets of Malvern, getting back surgery, taking aspirin and even safer than taking a shower in your own home! Compared with things we accept as safe, chiropractic care is even safer. Ready to get started? Call our office today.
