Your First Visit to Our Malvern Practice

On your first office visit you will be greeted warmly by our team members. You will feel well taken care of all your questions will be answered as much as possible. You will be asked to fill out a few intake forms to prepare you to meet with the doctor. Plan to be at the office for at least one hour.

Prior to meeting with the doctor you will be escorted on an office tour and then shown a brief video to assist you in becoming familiar with what will be about to unfold on your visit.

After the doctor has reviewed your intake forms you will meet with him and discuss what preliminary evaluations may be necessary to determine if you can be accepted for care in the office.

If your preliminary evaluation findings indicate, the doctor will inform  you of what examinations will be necessary to determine the cause of your concern. If you are consulting us for wellness care and have no obvious symptoms, another type of screening will be recommended. It is during this phase of your meeting with the doctor that you will be informed if you need any radiographs (x-rays) of your spine.

Prior to any of these test being performed you will be informed of the fees associated with them. After all the necessary test are performed and your questions answered, you will be scheduled to meet with the doctor on your next visit where he will discuss his recommendations for your care should he decide that you can be helped at this facility and that you can be accepted for care.
